Each 10’x10’ booth space includes one 8’ table and two chairs.
• 10’x10’ tents are not included and are to be supplied by the exhibitor.
• Times: Race day is Saturday, November 20; expo times are from 7am - approx. Noon. Set-Up begins at 6am.
• Food vendors must have all applicable health permits.
• If you will have items for sale, a copy of your current sellerís
permit must accompany this application if we do not have a copy on fi le
from a previous event.
• Race Bag inserts are no longer available as we are “going green.”
• Electricity. A limited amount of electricity is available. Please advise us if you need electricity. Fee: $25.
PLEASE NOTE: Extension cords must be 12-GAUGE cords. Due high number of amps used by devices such as coffee pots, popcorn machines, etc, we have had to instill this rule to avoid continuously blowing the circuit on the generator(s).
